Logging in as a User

An Internal Driver and Nurse Leader can log in as another user. This feature is beneficial for troubleshooting and seeing exactly what an end-user sees.

To

Locate logUser
in
To Log in as a User:
  1. Click on the Actions tabdropdown andmenu
    click
    2. on
  2. Select Login As (USER)
  3. You will now be viewing each page in Engage as that user.

To exitExit “Logged in as user”User” mode:

Mode:
  1. Click on the user's name in the top right of the screen
  2. Click Sign Out
  3. A message will display stating that you have returned to your normal role
