Updating User Permissions

Security permissions allow users access to only the hospital/unit they are assigned. For example, if you are a preceptor, you can only see user's in the same hospital/unit as you.

Locate User

Click on Menu link in the top navigation.
Click on People.
Locate the person that you want to update.
Once you locate the user, click on the user's name to access person status page.
On the Left hand navigation pane, click on Details.

Update Permissions

Multiple tabs appear mid-screen (Profile, Nursing License, Education, Relationships, Permissions, Log in Info and Billing. Each tab can be individually updated.
Select Permissions tab.
Click Edit Unit Access button.
Select boxes of the hospital(s)/unit(s) to grant permission (access) to a user.
Click Save Unit Access button when complete.
The permission will be added to the user's account.
