Understand Transcripts

A Full Transcript is available to each user that has profile items assigned to them. A full transcript will display summary information for assigned RPIs, competencies and assigned modules.

To access your full transcript:

  1. Log in tointo Engage
  2. Click on the user's Status Page
  3. On the left-hand menu, click Full Transcript
  4. To print the transcript, click ExportSave as a PDF. 
  5. A pop up box appears.
  6. You will have the option to PDFcustomize button.the Printtranscript orbefore Saveclicking the Download PDF asbutton desired.

Each section of the full transcript is broken into different parts. To understand each section and the columns, see below.

Summary Information

Assigned RPI Groups

This section will display the following fields:

  • Group - name of the RPI group
  • Status - status of the user when the RPI group was assigned
  • Unit - unit of the user when the RPI group was assigned
  • RPIs - total number of RPIs available in the RPI group.
  • Assigned - date the RPI group was assigned
  • Completed - date the RPI group was completed

Competency Validation

This section will display the following fields:

  • Group - name of the competency group
  • Status - status of the user when the competency group was assigned
  • Unit - unit of the user when the competency group was assigned
  • Assigned - date the competency group was assigned
  • Completed - date the competency group was completed
  • Approved On - date the competency group was approved on
  • Approved By - name of person who approved the competency group

Assigned Modules

This section will display the following fields:

  • Group - name of the module group
  • Status - status of the user when the module group was assigned
  • Unit - unit of the user when the module group was assigned
  • Modules - total number of modules available in the module group
  • Assigned - date the module group was assigned
  • Completed - date the module group was completed.

RPI Validation Details

This section displays detailed information for each RPI group. This section will display the following fields for each RPI group:

  • RPI - name of RPI
  • Validated Date - date the RPI was validated
  • Validated by - name of person who validated the RPI

Competency Validation Details

This section displays detailed information for each Competency group. This section will display the following fields for each Competency group:

  • Competency - name of competency
  • Status - status of the competency
  • Eval Method - evaluation method used
  • Status Date - date of most recent status update
  • Validated By - name of person who validated the competency

Module Details

This section displays detailed information for each Module group. This section will display the following fields for each Module group:

  • Module - name of module
  • Completed On - date the module was completed.

RPI Catalog

This section will display all criteria available for each RPI.

Competency Catalog

This section will display all criteria available for each competency.
