View Progress Reports

Readiness to Practice Indicators Progress Report

  1. Log into Engage
  2. Click on Menu in top right hand navigation pane
  3. Click on Reports
  4. Select RPI Progress Report
  5. Update the report selections to filter your data based on your needs 
    • Choose the Item Type: Select All Resources
    • Select Status to filter by status (Not Started, In Progress, Validated, etc.) 
    • Select Role 
    • Select Hospital/Unit
    • Select Cohort
  6. Click Filter button
  7. To export the report to PDF, click the Export to PDF button
  8. To export the report to CSV, click the Export to CSV button

Competency Progress Report

  1. Log into Engage

  2. Click on Menu in top right hand navigation pane

  3. Click on Reports
  4. Select Competency Progress Report
  5. Update the report selections to filter your data based on your needs 
      • Select the Item Type: Select All Resources, Nurse Development Resources or your Organizational Resources

      • Select Competency Type: Select Any, Competency Groups, or Individual Competencies

      • Select Status to filter by status (Not Started, In Progress, Validated, etc.)

         
      • Select Role 
      • Select Hospital/Unit
      • Select Cohort
  6. Click Filter button

  7. To export the report to PDF, click the Export to PDF button
  8. To export the report to CSV, click the Export to CSV button

Module Progress Report

  1. Log into Engage
  2. Click on Menu in top right hand navigation pane
  3. Click on Reports 
  4. Select Module Progress Report
  5. Update the report selections to filter your data based on your needs
    • Select the Item Type: Select All Resources, Nurse Development Resources or your Organizational Resources

    • Select CompetencyModule Type: Select Any, Module Groups, or Individual Modules

    • Select Status to filter by status (Not Started, In Progress, Validated, etc.)

    • Select Role 
       
    • Select Hospital/Unit
    • Select Cohort

    6. Click Filter button

  6. 7. To export the report to PDF, click the Export to PDF button

  7. 8. To export the report to CSV, click the Export to CSV button
