Viewing Progress Reports


Readiness to Practice Indicators Progress Report

  1. Log in to Engage
  2. Click on Menu in top navigation
  3. Click on Reports menu item
  4. Select RPI Progress Report
  5. Update the report selections to filter your data
    1. Choose the RPI Group
    2. Select Hospital
    3. Select Unit to filter by unit of the Preceptee at time of RPI tracking optional
    4. Select RPI Progress
    5. Select First Shift Between if you want to filter by start date of RPI optional
    6. Select Status to filter by status of the Preceptee at time of RPI tracking optional
    7. If you want to Exclude Items in Progress to hide items that are still in progress, check the checkbox
    8. If you want to Exclude Disabled Accounts to hide items check from users that are not longer active, check the checkbox
    9. If you want to Show only overdue items to show items where the assessment date is past due, check the checkbox.
  6. Click Filter button
  7. The report displays the following fields:
    1. Active displays Yes for active users and No for inactive users
    2. First Name
    3. Last Name
    4. Status is the status of the Preceptee at the time the RPI group was applied to them.
    5. Unit is the unit of the Preceptee at the time the RPI group was applied to them.
    6. First Shift is the shift date entered by the Preceptee or Preceptor before validation.
    7. Assigned Date is the date the RPIs were assigned to the Preceptee.
    8. Assessment Date is the due date selected for the profile item.
    9. Completed Date is the date the RPIs were completed.
    10. Days to Complete is the total days taken to complete RPIs. Time to complete = Completed Date - First Shift
    11. Finalized displays a checkmark if the RPI group is 100% complete.
    12. RPI State displays the current phase or state of the RPI progress.
  8. To export the report to PDF, click the Export to PDF button.
  9. To export the report to CSV, click the Export to CSV button.

Competency Progress Report

  1. Log in to Engage
  2. Click on Menu in top navigation
  3. Click on Reports menu item
  4. Select Competency Progress Report
  5. Update the report selections to filter your data
    1. Choose the Competency Group
    2. Select the Hospital
    3. Select Unit to filter by unit of the Preceptee at time of benchmark tracking optional
    4. Select Competency Progress
    5. Select Assigned Date Between if you want to filter by start date of competencies optional
    6. Select Status to filter by status of the Preceptee at time of benchmark tracking optional
    7. If you want to Exclude Items in Progress to hide items that are still in progress, check the checkbox
    8. If you want to Exclude Disabled Accounts to hide items check from users that are not longer active, check the checkbox
    9. If you want to Show only overdue items to show items where the assessment date is past due, check the checkbox.
  6. Click Filter button

  8. To export the report to PDF, click the Export to PDF button.
  9. To export the report to CSV, click the Export to CSV button.

Module Progress Report

  1. Log in to Engage
  2. Click on Menu in top navigation
  3. Click on Reports menu item
  4. Select Module Progress Report
  5. Update the report selections to filter your data
    1. Choose the Module Group
    2. Select Hospital
    3. Select Unit to filter by unit of the Preceptee at time of module tracking optional
    4. Select Assigned Date Between if you want to filter by start date of modules optional
    5. Select Status to filter by status of the Preceptee at time of module tracking optional
    6. If you want to Exclude Items in Progress to hide items that are still in progress, check the checkbox
    7. If you want to Exclude Disabled Accounts to hide items check from users that are not longer active, check the checkbox
    8. If you want to Show only overdue items to show items where the assessment date is past due, check the checkbox.
  6. Click Filter button
