Disabling a User
A user can be disabled at any time. Disabling a user is reversible. The disable feature should be used if (but not limited to):
-
A user needs to temporarily lose access to Engage for whatever reason.
-
A user no longer needs access to Engage, but you want to retain their data in the system.
Disabling a user account will prevent the user from logging in to Engage. It will also exclude them from certain reports.
