Resetting a User's Password

In Engage, an Internal Driver or Nurse Leader can manually reset a user's password or send an email with a link to the user to reset their password. 

Locate User

Select from one of the following from the dropdown box:

Manual Reset of a User's Password
  1. Click the Action dropdown menu button
  2. Click Set Password
  3. Type the new password (at least 8 characters) and confirm new password.
  4. Click Set Password button
  5. Notify the user of the new password.
Email Reset of a User's Password
  1. Click the Action dropdown menu button
  2. Click Send Password Reset
  3. An automatic email will be sent to the user with a link to reset their password.
