Disabling a User

A user can be disabled at any time. Disabling a user is reversible. The disable feature should be used if (but not limited to):

  • A user no longer needs access to Engage, but you want to retain their data in the system.

Disabling a user account will prevent the user from logging in to Engage. It will also exclude them from certain reports. Some reports will allow users with access to the report to include any user that is in disabled status.
