Resetting a User's Password
In Engage, an Internal Driver or Nurse Leader can reset a user's password manually. To reset a user's password:

Locate a user who you wish to change the password for.

Click the Action button and click Set Password

Locate the Password input box. Type the new password (at least 8 characters) and confirm new password.

Click Set Password button
The next time the user logs in, they will need to use the new password.
Note: Passwords should never be shared through email.
