Internal Drivers, Nurse Leaders, and Preceptors have permission to find users in Engage within their designated unit(s). Nurse Residents cannot use this function. Contact your internal driver, nurse residency coordinator, nurse educator or nurse leader for assistance.

  1. Log into Engage
  2. From any page, click on Menu in the top navigation      
  3. Click on People from the dropdown list      
  4. Using the Search Filter, you can type in keywords of the user's first name, last name or email to search. You can also filter data by Role, Hospital/Unit, Cohort and Account Status (Active/Inactive). To use the search filters, click on the dropdown boxes.      
  5. If you would like to view more details click on user's name to go to their status page.
  6. Within the User Status page, you can view information on a user, profile assignments, preceptor/orientee assignments, notes, security and more. If you have proper permissions you can edit certain information on a user.
