View a User's Status Page

A Preceptor or Nurse Leader can view an orientee's status page from either the People page or via the Nurse Leader or Preceptor Dashboard section located in the main Menu.

To access a user's status via People menu:

1. Log into Engage
2. From any page, click on Menu in the top navigation
3. Click on People menu item
4. Using the Keyword Search, you can type in keywords of the user's first name, last name or email to search. You can also filter data by Hospital, Status, Unit,, Cohort and Account Status (Active/Inactive). To use the search filters, click on the down arrow next to quick search.
5. If you would like to view the user's status, click on the user's name and then click the status link under their name.

To access a user's status via Nurse Leader or Preceptor Dashboard:

1. Log in to Engage
2. The first page you will see after you log in will be the Dashboard page assigned to you by role. If you default to Nurse Leader dashboard, click on the Preceptor Dashboard button to toggle to the preceptor dashboard.

   
   

   

   
   

3. To view your orientee's status, click on the View Status link located next to their name.
